Why a software tool?

Answer:

The TAFTIE Self assessment software allows facilitators of a self-assessment exercise to manage the input from the dialogue with programme and/or line manager. Most importantly, it will also allow you to produce useful reports for interpretation. The time consuming process of entering data and organising it in different, meaningful ways is made more efficient and lets the facilitator concentrate on interpretation and feedback.
