FAQ:How much does it cost to use the tool?Answer:The tool (including the software tool) costs nothing! It does of course take time to perform it, however. A normal self-assessment requires 3.5 days for the facilitator and 1.5 days for the programme manager. If a panel is used, each panel member should reserve half a day.
