FAQ:
What are the benefits of the self-assessment?
Answer:
The self-assessment helps an agency to raise awareness and to identify all potential sources of additionality in its operations. It will reveal whether certain activities are carried out at all, and determine the quality level of activities as well as the external outcomes that are achieved through these activities. It will also determine the level of impact that the activities have on clients and stakeholders. Taking action based on the results of the assessment will help an agency to add more value and therefore become more effective in executing RTDI policies, e.g. by reacting to obvious “blind spots”; moving to a higher quality level on some activities; streamlining activities that lead to similar outcomes; or increasing the impact of the outcomes.
